Information for potential partners

If you are our customer and your average monthly volume exceeds 15,000 USD, you can send us a request to obtain the status of “partner”. Upon confirmation of your request, your contact details will be shown on the page Contacts -> Our partners, and customers from your region with smaller volume purchases will be able to work on our website, receiving the goods through you. For some companies such a partnership may be more profitable than direct work.

You will be able to:

• find new customers
• offer individual terms of cooperation to the customers
• maintain fully-featured customer accounts on our website
• control placing orders by your customers (confirm or deny their orders)
• receive notifications to your email when a customer adds a new order
• set up custom markup percents for different manufacturers
• receive automatically generated invoices for your customers

To obtain the status of “partner” send us an email to _info#dog#ra-mail#c# with the subject “Request for obtaining the status of a partner” (don’t forget to specify your login details).

Information for companies with smaller volume of purchases

If you are going to place smaller orders (for example, less than for 1000 USD per week), then it will probably be more profitable for you to work through one of our "partners", who can offer you more attractive prices and terms of cooperation. In this case you will be able to work and place orders on our website, the goods will first be delivered to our "partner", and straight after that passed or delivered to you. Financial transactions will be made between you and our "partner".
